As a runner, I found that reducing my caloric intake also contributes to my overall health and helps shrinks my abdomen. Working as a nurse, I saw so often that individuals with large stomachs had multiple comorbidities. These comorbidities contribute to poor health and poor outcome in whatever ailment they came in with. Walking Exercise

Fast and slow pace walking can’t contribute to overall health. If kept consistently, it can improve weight loss, and the individual will feel a lot better health wise. You can go from a fast pace to a slower pace when fatigue sets in and continue burning fat in walking. Going into a slower pace in your walk continues the fat burning and calorie loss, and you’re exercising. As with running, walking still requires the individual to half comfortable sneakers for art support and overall ease while working out.

Night Run

When at home in the comfort of my residence are usually go to sleep very early to enjoy an early morning run. The early runs are between 4 AM and 5 AM; there are not too many cars on the road. And one additional factor is that the temp is usually mild, meaning 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The factors make running early morning while it’s still dark very comfortable and fewer chances of dealing with cars on the road. Comfortable Running Shoe with Value

As an avid runner for 21 years I found that pricey shoes did it make a difference in my running performance. It’s the comfort and flexibility of shoes when running or walking that really makes a difference. I have ran several marathons in the past, and used different brand names such as Nike ASICS, Adidas, and Reeboks.
