Night Run
Posted by David Guillaume on
When at home in the comfort of my residence are usually go to sleep very early to enjoy an early morning run. The early runs are between 4 AM and 5 AM; there are not too many cars on the road. And one additional factor is that the temp is usually mild, meaning 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The factors make running early morning while it’s still dark very comfortable and fewer chances of dealing with cars on the road. And the temperature plays a significant role in controlling the amount of energy that is dissipated on the run. Also, conserving energy is very important when combining different exercises after the run.
