Abdomen Health

As a runner, I found that reducing my caloric intake also contributes to my overall health and helps shrinks my abdomen. Working as a nurse, I saw so often that individuals with large stomachs had multiple comorbidities. These comorbidities contribute to poor health and poor outcome in whatever ailment they came in with. Running or walking doesn’t require individuals to go to a gym but commitment to running in place, walking or jogging.
